Statement der Band zur Verschiebung der Tour:

With everyone’s health and safety in mind, and given the on-going state of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our remaining shows this year. We were looking forward to making our Europe/UK debut this year, but we’ll have to wait until Spring 2021. We’re really disappointed to share this news. Connecting with you in-person is such a huge part of what we do. It’s been weird to release new music, but not be able to play it live for you.

WILD RIVERS aus Toronto/Kanada sind  der lebende Beweis dafür, dass moderne, junge Bands zeitgemäß klingen  können, auch ohne sich den modernen Standards anzubiedern. Zeitlos schön  sind die Songs auf der EP „Eighty-Eight“, irgendwo angesiedelt zwischen  den Lumineers und Fleetwood Mac. Die vier Kanadier haben ein ungeheures  Gespür für Harmonien, tolle Melodien und Lyrics, die persönlich, aber  niemals schwermütig sind. Und mit „I Do“ ist sogar ein veritabler Hit  dabei. Und mit über 100 Millionen Streams weltweit sind WILD RIVERS auf  dem besten Weg, sich an die Spitze des Folk-Pop-Olymps zu spielen. Im  September kommen die Herrschaften zum ersten Mal für zwei Clubshows nach  Deutschland und präsentieren dabei auch ihre nagelneue EP „Songs To Break Up To“.
